Tom has always been intrigued by how and why physical objects are assembled and used. This interest led him to a fulfilling career in architecture, enabling him to explore the many possibilities for mending and rejuvenating the built environment. Tom’s affinity for older structures is no coincidence, as he enjoys bringing them into a modern age and helping them to perform at their highest levels.

As a project manager, Tom’s day-to-day responsibilities include project oversight and coordination, lab planning and design, and mentoring of junior staff. In addition to establishing on-time and on-budget project delivery, Tom also works to provide high-level sets of complete design documents to his clients. He takes pride in cultivating strong relationships with his clients and takes pleasure in contributing to exceptional finished projects, firmly believing that collaboration is indispensable for achieving success.

Outside of work, Tom is a loving husband and father. With his family, he shares his passion for classic cars and music, and has been drumming since the age of eight.

I love to see existing buildings transformed into new, vibrant spaces where occupants can thrive. I always enjoy digging into the life story of the buildings we rehabilitate alongside a group of people who are striving to deliver a special experience for users.
