We are delighted to announce the promotions of Franziska Gloeckler and Rebecca Fletcher to Associate, and Elisabeth Mansfield to Senior Associate at Goody Clancy.
Our newest Associates and Senior Associate have each made distinct contributions to our practice, demonstrating leadership, technical knowledge, and a deep commitment to the values that guide our work.
Franziska Gloeckler joined Goody Clancy in 2023. She earned her Master of Architecture from the State Academy of Art and Design in Stuttgart, Germany. She plays a key role in advancing design excellence across a wide range of projects, contributing creativity, clarity of vision, and a collaborative approach. Franziska brings a strong design sensibility and a focus on sustainable, inclusive solutions that support project goals and client values. Her leadership continues to elevate the quality and impact of Goody Clancy’s work.
Rebecca Fletcher, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, CPHD joined Goody Clancy in 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon and holds multiple certifications in sustainable design, including as a Passive House Designer (PHI). Rebecca contributes technical expertise to the design of high-performance exterior envelopes and supports professional growth within the firm as Goody Clancy’s NCARB Licensing Advisor. She is also active in the broader profession, representing AIA Rhode Island on the AIA National Strategic Council.
Elisabeth Mansfield joined Goody Clancy in 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She led the development of our award-winning website and firmwide rebrand. Elisabeth works closely with project teams and firm leadership to align strategy, messaging, and visual identity. She continues to improve the efficiency and quality of internal systems while expanding Goody Clancy’s presence in the marketplace through thoughtful and effective communication.
