Timothy Nistler joins Goody Clancy as Director of Operations with more than 30 years of experience across architecture, project management, and operational leadership. He is known for bringing clarity and structure to complex challenges, while fostering collaboration, creativity, and strong team culture.
Over the course of his career, he has worked on projects spanning higher education, science and technology, hospitality, and workplace environments, developing a thoughtful and practical approach to leadership along the way. Those experiences reinforced his belief that successful design is rooted in collaboration and that well-designed spaces can strengthen culture, connection, and everyday experience.
At Goody Clancy, Tim is focused on strengthening project planning, refining operational processes, and developing systems that empower people do their best work together without losing sight of creativity and design quality.
Outside the office, Tim enjoys traveling with his family, attending international film festivals, and driving cars he doesn’t own.
