From an early interest in drawing and photography, Sophia found her way to architecture through a desire to pair creativity with problem-solving. Sophia is inspired by the ways thoughtful design can transform existing places into spaces that foster connection, discovery, and community, making Goody Clancy the perfect place to start her career.
Before joining the firm, Sophia completed several internships in China, where she developed an interest in adaptive reuse and community-centered design. At Goody Clancy, Sophia is excited to bring her background in visualization and graphic communication to help communicate design ideas with clarity while continuing to grow as a designer through collaborative project work.
Outside the office, you can find Sophia crafting digital photo albums for every trip or celebration. She also enjoys wandering through cities on foot, discovering neighborhoods one block at a time, and hopes to one day have a dog by her side to join the adventure.
