Growing up with two parents in education, Oliver spent years around classrooms, campuses, and academic communities, seeing firsthand how the spaces where people teach and learn shape their experiences. When he discovered architecture, he realized those environments don't just happen—they're designed. That realization inspired him to pursue a career creating spaces that make a lasting impact.
Before joining Goody Clancy, Oliver worked on projects that ranged from immersive runway sets for New York Fashion Week to institutional work for universities, museums, and cultural centers. The variety of those experiences reinforced what first drew him to architecture: the opportunity to create spaces that shape how people experience the world. For Oliver, there's nothing more rewarding than watching someone interact with a place he helped bring to life.
Whether he's sketching, building models, or developing visual concepts, Oliver enjoys the challenge of communicating ideas in ways that help projects move from imagination to reality. He's excited to continue honing those skills while designing spaces that support learning, discovery, and community.
When he's away from the studio, Oliver can usually be found outside. An Eagle Scout, he's always up for a hike or a kayaking trip—and he's rarely one to pass up the chance to take the scenic route
