As a creative and passionate person herself, Noelle Meunier was drawn to the atmosphere at Goody Clancy. A natural people person with a growth mindset, Noelle leads with empathy and cares deeply about continuous improvement for herself, for others, and for the systems that support them. She believes that when people have the right tools and environment, they can do their best work.
As HR Manager, Noelle brings both heart and structure to her work. She has played a key role in building HR departments from the ground up, creating clarity, systems, and support where they did not previously exist. She brings to her role the patience, adaptability, and belief in each person’s potential that she developed as a preschool teacher and peer mentor.
Outside the office, you’ll most likely find Noelle at home with clay on her hands. A lifelong ceramics enthusiast and skilled wheel thrower, she loves the mess, the temperamental nature of clay, and the wild surprises that emerge from the kiln.
