Jennifer Hardy

Principal

AIA, LEED AP

Jennifer first came to understand the power of art during her time as professional ballet dancer. A graduate of The Juilliard School, her approach to design is inspired by her dance background: a well-coordinated collaboration of many hands and minds, working together to create something beautiful.

Jennifer brings years of experience leading large, complex projects that push the boundaries of innovation and performance. She recently served as the project manager/project architect for a new engineering building at Penn State—a cutting-edge example of mass timber construction on that campus. Jennifer believes in the ability of the design process to engender positive change for people and planet. And she believes that for a design to be timeless, it must be resilient, adaptable, and high-performing.

As an influential figure in the Boston design community, Jennifer helps architects rethink and elevate their profession. She is an ambassador for the diverse voices, interests, and concerns that are pertinent to our evolving profession.
