Caroline Connor

Designer

LEED Green Associate

Caroline was led to architecture through her innate curiosity about the way the built environment shapes human behavior. Drawn to Goody Clancy’s sustainable practices and educational focus, she aspires to create spaces that connect people and enhance the way they learn.

After graduating the University of Maryland, Caroline gained experience in a housing and mixed-use studio where she helped design several different apartment buildings in both Arizona and the D.C. area. While studying at Northeastern University, she conducted research on how new and existing security practices affect climate action goals and student safety within K-12 schools. A natural team-player, Caroline thrives on idea exchange and thinks deeply about the bigger picture of her work.

In her spare time, Caroline loves to bake and discover new podcasts, especially those that keep her up to date on pop culture.

Architecture has so much influence on the way people feel and interact with the world. I aspire to create spaces that influence people in a positive way.
