Victor Ortale, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Business School Practice Leader
Associate Principal

Victor is Goody Clancy’s Business School Practice Leader, combining leading-edge knowledge of emerging trends and philosophies in business education with an extensive portfolio of work at many of the nation’s most innovative business schools. He has supported clients in undergraduate, graduate and executive education sectors to shape programs for new buildings and to reposition or reprogram existing facilities to address new teaching models. In directing teams in the design of business schools, Victor seeks to create iconic places that capture the essence and spirit of an institution’s identity, provide the flexibility to respond quickly to constantly-changing teaching models, and are ever mindful of the return on investment.

Victor’s current and recent work includes the Paul College of Business at the University of New Hampshire, the Chao Center at Harvard Business School, and the College of Business at Rowan University. Over the course of his career, in the design of business schools and other academic facilities, Victor has developed a particular passion for the design and renovation of buildings that celebrate and strengthen the legacy of historic campus settings.
