Randolph oversees project management, business operations, quality control, technology, human resources, and facilities, and coordinates with other Goody Clancy principals to ensure the firm’s continued success in delivering exceptional projects for our clients. He maintains the data on contract fees, employee skills, and project costs and scheduling that drive the firm’s business forecasting, and he is our internal resource for professional practice and risk management topics. He plays a leading role in staff recruitment and development, and maintains our ongoing relationships with schools of architecture. His strong commitment to design and project quality has been developed over thirty years of experience in practice and firm management.
