The Architect’s Newspaper Features Richardson-Olmsted Complex
A recent issue of The Architect’s Newspaper featured Goody Clancy’s work with Flynn Battaglia Architects and Deborah Berke Partners on the Richardson-Olmsted Complex in Buffalo, NY. Formerly the Buffalo State Hospital, the project involved the exterior envelope restoration of the Towers Administration Building and two adjoining buildings, which together houses a hotel, conference center, and the Buffalo Architecture Center.
Principal Jean Carroon was Goody Clancy’s Principal-in-Charge of this project and is quoted in the article, saying “the grandeur of the building simply cried out to be a destination, so this is a perfect fit.”
