Phil Schaeffing Presents Master Plan Update to BCC Board of Trustees

Goody Clancy is leading Berkshire Community College (Pittsfield, MA) through a year-long process to update its campus master plan. Planner Phil Schaeffing presented the results of that process at the June Board of Trustees meeting this week. At the moment, the layout of the campus and its buildings are convoluted and disconnected; the report will be used as a tool by the college to make strategic improvements that will foster a more vibrant, connected campus. Establishing a clear front door to the campus and making essential accessibility and building upgrades are among the top priorities.
