Middlebury Discusses Plans to Introduce Re-Imagined Student Center and Residential Hall

As student bodies grow increasingly diverse, higher education institutions are looking for ways in which facilities can become more welcoming and hospitable to a variety of different people. Prioritizing culture as a component of the planning process is not only conducive to the general well-being of occupants, but also to the cultivation of inclusivity.

With this in mind, Goody Clancy is currently exploring plans with Middlebury College to create a center where students can convene and interact within a more vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. In addition to a new student center, Middlebury is also re-imagining Battell Hall as a space where students and organizations can gather and socialize in a more accommodating setting.
