Goody Clancy’s plan for Burlington, Vermont’s South End district launched for public review

Amy Kaiser and David Spillane along with Burlington planning director David White presented the draft to a capacity crowd at ArtsRiot in Burlington’s the South End. The draft master plan, plan BTV South End, represents a year of work and collaboration with the Burlington community. Home to one of New England’s most dynamic arts communities, the South End is a remarkable district that combines art, industry, research & development, artisan food production, a thriving maker community, and access to the Lake. The plan will guide future growth, preservation and investment across the South End. The plan will be reviewed by the Burlington community over the next two months. In the fall, the plan will be finalized and submitted for formal adoption by the Planning Commission and City Council. Find out more at www.planBTVsouthend.com
