Goody Clancy selected for the Southwest Detroit/West Vernor neighborhood framework plan

Goody Clancy is honored to have been selected by the City of Detroit to create a comprehensive framework for the Southwest Detroit/West Vernor neighborhood. Our work will include an implementation strategy for viaduct repairs, streetscape improvements, open space and green stormwater infrastructure enhancements, affordable- and market-rate housing rehabilitation opportunities, and truck route assessments.
