Goody Clancy has begun working with Notre Dame to update their Undergraduate Residence Hall Master Plan and design two new undergraduate residence halls totaling approximately 140,000 GSF. Our work will strive to reinforce the consistent character of the campus that is the physical manifestation of Notre Dame’s role as the nation’s and world’s premier Catholic university. By working closely with Notre Dame, we will design spaces that encourage communal life and intellectual growth to build a stronger academic and spiritual community, as well as strengthen the residential-life culture. Target Occupancy for the new residence halls is Spring of 2016.
