Goody Clancy Launches Downtown Rockland Action Strategy

Goody Clancy recently presented the Downtown Rockland Action Strategy to the Board of Selectmen of Rockland, a community located on Massachusetts’s South Shore. The board adopted the plan as Rockland’s strategic direction and have begun to explore ways to involve residents in the process. We really enjoyed working with MassDevelopment through the Real Estate Technical Assistance Program on this exciting effort, and can’t wait to see what improvements it will bring to the community.
