CNU NE Announces Urbanism Award for Glenbrook/Springdale TOD

In two weeks Goody Clancy will be presented with an Urbanism Award from the New England Chapter of the Congress for New Urbanism. Our transit-oriented development (TOD) project for the villages of Glenbrook and Springdale in Stamford, CT is being honored for championing the path towards “good, strong New Urban development and improvements.” The plan hones in on strategies to promote walkability/bikability, public space innovations, and ways to facilitate private-public partnerships for investment.
