Ben Carlson Talks Barnum TOD Strategies at NEDA Conference

Bridgeport, CT, is home to many economic and community assets, as well as a fair amount of vacant industrial land. Our TOD planning effort for the area around the planned Barnum Station aims to revive this land, leveraging newfound public access the train station will provide. At this week’s Northeastern Economic Developers Association’s 60th Annual Conference, Goody Clancy’s Director of Urban Design Ben Carlson presented the best tools to harvest new opportunities.
