Goody Clancy Announces New Cabell Hall Renovation Project at the University of Virginia
Goody Clancy is pleased to announce a $50 million renovation project, the New Cabell Hall, at the University of Virginia. This project involves the renovation of the 159,129 SF Eggers and Higgins designed classroom building, originally built in 1952. The building is still a significant academic building for the College and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, with over 50 classrooms, 390 offices for faculty and staff, and approximately 13,000 SF in other departmental spaces such as conference rooms. Few changes have been made to the facility since its construction.
