Goody Clancy specializes in revitalizing older neighborhoods and designing mixed-income, human-scale districts that support diversity and community. We have completed plans and designs for more than 10,000 units of mixed-income urban housing in New England, the mid-Atlantic states, and the Midwest. Our success in using HOPE VI funding as a development tool led the American Planning Association to ask us to write its Planning Advisory Services memo on creating attractive, mixed-income neighborhoods with the HOPE VI program.
