Visioning
Goody Clancy creates inspiring visions that evoke broad enthusiasm but stand firmly on a foundation of pragmatic implementation strategies. We organize and lead workshops and charrettes that build consensus among stakeholders as diverse as public housing residents and corporate executives. Examples range from compelling visions for new, mixed-income neighborhoods in Chicago and New Haven to the award-winning “Civic Vision for Air Rights Development in Boston” that is currently guiding 4 million square feet of air-rights development in the heart of that city.
