Goody Clancy works with a broad range of regional planning entities and communities to create livable downtowns and revitalize older neighborhoods. We increase the effectiveness of growth boundaries and unlock opportunities for higher density and vital public realms. At the same time, we build public awareness of effective growth-management tools.
We craft long-term solutions with public agencies, foundations, institutions, and public/private partnerships. These projects range from a vision and strategy to reverse decades of sprawl around Concord, New Hampshire, to helping Tyler, Texas, develop a long-term plan for shaping rapid growth.
