Partners Achieving Community Transformation (PACT)
Columbus, Ohio
A redevelopment and reinvestment master planning project for an 800-acre urban neighborhood east of downtown Columbus that has served as a major historic African-American community center. The work will inform a consensus-based investment strategy and is being done on behalf of Partners Achieving Community Transformation (PACT), a partnership between the City of Columbus, The Ohio State University Medical Center, the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, and Near East neighborhood stakeholders.
