Project Highlights
The Great Expectations Plan for Shreveport-Caddo 2030 began in early 2009 and will provide a strategic framework for future actions. Through the process, residents, leaders and other stakeholders will get the chance to understand and consider a range of opportunities, problems, solutions and choices in a clear and explicit way. The planning process and the plan mean that people in the community will be able to shape the way change happens in the future, rather than just react to change that has already occurred.
