Dublin has thrived as one of Ohio’s principal concentrations of corporate jobs, but needs to create the new lifestyle and housing choices desired by its next-generation workforce. This vision and implementation plan transforms an arterial corridor dominated by traditional suburban-style retail and office development into a series of distinct, walkable mixed-use districts that address expectations for high quality of life on the terms of the “creative class” while also honoring Dublin’s traditional neighborhoods, architecture and landscape.
