Prince George's County Planning Department and the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission
Annapolis, Maryland
Goody Clancy is assisting the Prince George’s County Planning Department of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) in conducting a corridor planning project guided by significant public outreach along Annapolis Road between the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (MD 295) and Veterans Parkway (MD 410).
The objective is to develop policies and recommendations that will guide future investments along the corridor that maintain – and strengthen – Central Annapolis Road’s character as a place that, while continuing to serve local residents, is well-maintained, safe and pedestrian-friendly, and that offers a wider array of retail and commercial services.
