OSU High Street project a featured
The August issue of Urban Land (published by the Urban Land Institute) prominently features some of the results of Goody Clancy's earlier planning with Campus Partners for the district and main street of Columbus’s Ohio State University. Opened in 2005, the 550,000 SF South Campus Gateway project combines entertainment, retail, housing, office space, a 1,200-car parking garage, and an arterial walking path that also serves as a public venue and gathering place.

A development partnership of the city and Ohio State University, the project involved demolishing blighted infrastructure along High Street, the main street of Columbus and the university district, and replacing it with seven urban buildings and a new public realm along the existing street grid.
