Goody Clancy leads planning work in New Orleans
Goody Clancy is leading planning for three districts as part of the Unified New Orleans Plan for Recovery and Rebuilding (UNOP). They include the CBD/Warehouse/French Quarter district; the district including Gentilly and surrounding neighborhoods; and the Bywater/Marigny district.

Upon completion, the plan will represent an important step in securing state, federal and other funding for recovery and rebuilding.
David Dixon, FAIA, is leading the Goody Clancy team as principal in charge, with David Spillane, AICP, RIBA, principal and planning director, Ian Charie, senior planner/project manager, Ron Mallis, senior planner, Phil Goff, senior urban designer, Stephanie Carter, associate planner, and Amy Kohn, planner. Joining Goody Clancy in this effort are DPZ, Perez APC, ERA, ZVA, EDAW, Jeanne Nathan, and Marshall Truehill.
