Culture
Our firm is recognized as a great place to work, learn and build a career. Our senior staff is distinguished by an unusually long tenure with Goody Clancy, and serves as a remarkable resource of experience and knowledge. We think of ourselves as a family of professionals, working together in an informal, team-based environment. We encourage our staff to expand their skills with additional training, coaching and continuing education classes, and support their broad involvement in professional organizations.
We believe that sustainable design is synonymous with good design. The 43 design professionals at Goody Clancy who have voluntarily pursued and successfully achieved LEED accreditation reflect our firm-wide commitment to sustainability and its impact on the future of our environment. The firm’s “green group” advocates for greening our practices within the office, our homes and our design.
Goody Clancy intentionally has no signature design style. Our design solutions are rooted in extensive research, involving analysis of program, context, image and technical issues. A senior design review committee examines architecture and planning projects at key points throughout the design process, and experienced reviewers from outside the design team ensure quality control.
